Watermelon and log fires...


I can't believe that this roaring fire was only a few days ago.  A pot of tea, selection of books (all from the charity shop so good reading AND a good cause) and a warm dog to cuddle.  The watermelon was a pretense of Summer, and now the sun is finally shining! When it disappears again what will you do to keep that Summer feeling?

    I know, I am sweltering here, and just ate my first melon in yonks, it tasted of summer.
